Mancave build advise needed

Hello group,
Been out of the loop for a while. I am planning on building a computer for the mancave. Nothing super fast, just for surfing and watching movies. Please suggest choices for manboards, CPUs, memory, and vid cards. I have an old 32"LCD that I want to use starting out. Used parts would be fine.

Budget? If it's just for surfing and watching movies then hardware wise you really don't need much at all. If you decide to do a bit of gaming you might want to bump it up a bit depending on the games. All that being said, and without a budget, here's what I would recommend:
