Managing Test Anxiety

Here's the thing, I blank out on tests often, especially math tests or tests that requires computation. It's not like I get sweaty palms and spaz out...nothing that bad though. But is there anything that I can do to not blank out?

Visit your doctor and get a prescription for Xanax. Just don't take it if you've been up studying all night and plan on going directly to take the exam - it might knock you on your butt.

That only happens if time starts running out then I panic. Otherwise I test well. Skip around get the easy ones done first so that if you run out of time and start panicing you don't get problems wrong you should get right.

Try finding old tests and pretend you're taking the real test. If you just practice like this, you'll be more comfortable when you do the real thing.

ARRGGGHHHH....went to a dinner party yesterday and got food poisoning, flu, or both 🙁 I've been sick in bed all freaking day. Exam tomorrow, so yeah...this text anxiety issue is gonna bigger than I thought. 🙁
