Managing Contact?

Does thunderbird have the feature of managing contact? If not, what non-MS outlook use to manage the contact?
 
Windows has Address Book under accessories. It will manage contacts, but I dont think anything will Sync with it.

You can import and export contacts though.

Also, what about Outlook Express maybe? I did see non-MS Outlook, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
