I plan to upgrade my Vista 32b system with a Intel DP35DP motherboard to Win 7 64b soon. Microsoft's Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor claims that the Intel management Engine Interface is not compatible with Win7.
I have looked this up online and some things claim that all it is only used for some corporate PC stuff that I would never use and others claim that it is used for fan control and stuff which concerns me. I know that the processor(E8400 with stock HSF) fan in controlled by the motherboard, but I think that the rest of my fans are controlled by my case.
So should I be concerned about this or not?
