basically, if your familiar with n-able, level platforms, silverback, opmanager, they all basically offer a readymade tool kit that a Managed Service Provider can use to know everything about a site, all computers, services, devices that can be monitored via snmp such as firewalls, printers, etc. etc. the software will send a txt msg, email, page, etc. to as many techs as needed when an error occurs or something goes down, or a warning, etc. What and who gives the free that lets you monitor an entire site from just 1 probe at a site that will scan the entire network and gather info that it can give reports on via email, a web interface, etc. that is easy to setup requiring little configuration like the providers i mentioned above? currently providing support for 19 clients, and use a lot of different things to accomplish this but its not in depth enough as the software providers i mentioned above offer. What do people here use to monitor their sites to always be in the know? any good free or very low cost ones that provide pretty much "the world"?
