Managed & Core Switch instalation issue

Hai friends
In my company we are now using 6 unmanaged Cisco switches .We need to change this all switches to Cisco managed Poe switches. From our main server to all our 40 client systems have approximately 20 to 45 meter of distance and server located in center of all this clients .also we need to add 25 IP cameras in this network and IP Phone. In this situation we need to add a Core switch in center position??..Give me a good suggestion plz

Need a little more detail. Do you have a budget? Do you have a logical diagram of what exists today? If you don't, then you can make one in dia or libreoffice draw. Throw that together, then create a second one with the proposed location of the devices you'll be adding. From that we can get you model numbers and recommendations.
