Manage Itunes Library Remotely

Is this possible? Ideally, I would like to log into a website and have access to my whole iTunes library so that I can rate songs and get them onto my phone and whatnot. I'd like to be able to do this at work, because frankly, I'm sitting at a computer all damn day and I don't want to come home and sit at one to mess around with my iTunes library.

I'm pretty sure this isn't possible. But it should be.

I'm pretty sure this isn't possible. But it should be.

1. Teamviewer or something similar...

2. if you you rate the songs on your phone, the ratings will sync back to your iTunes library when you plug in your phone.

3. iTunes Match is also an option.
