Man! Why are there so many midgets on Mars????

So I was watching Total Recall and I was suprised at how many midgets live on Mars!

They were everywhere..

So I wonder, is that an accurate representation of the population of Mars, or, did Hollywood take liberty during the filming of the Martian sequences?

actually, if humans were to inhabit mars, over the generations they would get taller cuz of the lower gravity pulling down on the bones.
