Yeah, hopefully fathered by other men, kind of the joke.
General traits can be beneficial even if a specific manifestation winds up in early death. Such stubbornness could be useful in a different situation.

That’s tough to watch. As someone who’s undergone a open-heart procedure (@IronWing, I think you recently went through it), I feel bad for his family. I feared I’d leave my wife and kids on the table. And I felt extremely fortunate I even had the opportunity to make it to the table.
Not me, not yet anyway.

Organ transplant patients are severely immuno compromised after. Why waste a heart on someone who it can easily go to waste on if they catch Covid since they refuse to take a fundamental precaution to Covid? It shows a fundamental disrespect to the whole process. Sad for the kids, but when you get something like a heart, you need to be able to show you will care for it.

Looks like he is well on his way to a Herman Cain Award.
It is awarded to dumb antivaxers who die for the cause.
Look it up.

Zero sympathie from me.

Hm, an almost certain imminent death, or a vaccine that's been taken by a staggering amount of people... I just don't know!
They reason he was refused is there are a limited number of hearts to go around and they prioritize them and the resources to transplant to those with the best prognosis. His not being vaccinated made the odds of success far less, thereby scratching his chance.

Yeah, I know that, I was mocking what I regard as his "poor decision making".

I'll never understand this crap. Just stupidity. He made his choice and will have to live with it... or die with it I should say.

I find that very weird. Has he been assessed psychiatrically? Sounds like he's just decided he wants to die...are they sure that's not just a manifestation of depression?

It's a manifestation of right wing identity politics he'd rather be red and dead than do what a "liberal" would do.
