Wow that blows. I would have figured that cameras inside your own property (car in this case) would be legal. Though I guess you still have to put a sticker of sorts about video surveillance.

It's ridiculous how sue happy people are, and that the courts let this stuff go through. If the drunk wins, that uber driver who is just trying to make a living suddenly has a debt more than what he'll probably make in his whole life because of some dumbass drunk.
 
The Internet is forever. I posted something a few months ago about how the guy who berated the Chic-Fil-A drive-thru girl is still unemployable.

He finally found a job but as soon as his boss learned he was that guy he fired him.
