Man.. they are gonna build the City ship

A long time ago someone posted a link to a site building a floating city.. 4x the size of a US aircraft carrier! They are gonna build it! Damn! Floating city

Well, not to offend anyone, but the floating city idea sounds pretty dumb to me. Why would you want to live like that? You're at risk (uh, what if a really big wave takes you under? mutant-sharks anybody?), anything can happen... Think of all the gas it'll guzzle propelling that monster boat? It's not more advanced or "evolved" or anything, so what's the point in doing that? It's just a money-scourging waste.
