I think I remember that song playing during the Truman Show when he was on the boat near the end of the movie.

Not sure what it's called, though.

Ok, I'm pretty certain the score you heard in the simpsons clip is composed by Philip Glass entitled The Hours, for the sound track of the film with the same title.
