What child support lawsuits? As far as I know, when you go to a sperm bank, the sperm is no longer "yours." In the sense that you sign away any rights to the child to be born with it, and the woman cannot go after you for child support.

Yes, you sign a complete waiver, but a recent influx of court cases may overturn any contract you may have, - granting any potential child greater rights than that of your privacy.
