Man, some diseases are weird

Today I got up, felt sort of tired, like usual. Everything is aching now though - turns out I've got a fever. No other symptoms - no headache, sore throat, anything. My skin just aches all over, that's it. Some prankster blood cell has decided to mess with the thermostat or something.
