A group of men were drinking and playing Russian roulette at a party in Delaware last weekend. As if out of a scene from The Deer Hunter, when one of the men refused his turn, another took the gun, pointed it at the mans head and pulled the trigger.
A bullet was in the chamber for that round of the "game." The man was shot dead.
Wilmington police say two illegal immigrants have been charged with murder in the shooting death of Juan Tomas Chaves Robles, 30, of Mexico, during that game of Russian roulette.
Police said Wednesday that 31-year-old Antonio Vieyra was charged with second-degree murder, and 28-year-old Cecilio Mendez-Ballesteros was charged with first-degree murder. Both men also were charged with possession of a deadly weapon during a felony.
