Man, Ryan's really does suck

have not been there in a while and i got reminded of why i have not been there in a while. I ordered a ribeye, medium rare and it came out well done. it even had the lil sign on it that said medium rare. the steak had no flavor and it looked like white meat. The only good thing i had was the ketchup that went on my onion rings.
