My parents used to own a feed store, when they were selling it and paying off all the accounts someone made a joke about a $40k check saying something like "I hope this doesn't bounce", so my dad took the check back and returned with cash. They didn't like that much. 🙂

It was probbaly a drug trade, the people with the drugs just took the money and left him no drugs.. classic case really, now we will see how long until the triple homicide.
