man pages for windows?

Is there an equivalent of the 'man' pages on Windows?? I'm getting addicted to the fact that I can just do 'man -k (string)' to see if such command exists and then 'man (string)' for how to use it.
 
Help is provided with the individual programs (usually under the Help menu). GUI programs generally do not provide console I/O so there is no direct way to get access to the help information.
