Man on the Moon

Spooner

Lifer
Just saw the Andy Kaufman semi-documentary.

I liked it, however, most likely would have enjoyed it more if I really grew up watching Kaufman

REM's - Man on the Moon is a kickass song though 😀

VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOlare WOAH WOAH

Yes he did. Hilarious. Most of the plot in the movie, believe it or not, is truthful.

I grew up watching Taxi. What a great sitcom...they don't make them like that anymore. Friends is feel-goody-mushy and it sucks. 😛

Do you guys remember that wannabe SNL that was on Friday nights in the 80s?
I can't remember the name.
Anyways, I remember Kaufman was on that show and he almost got into a fight with Kramer (Michael Richards) from Seinfeld!
It was one of the funniest things I have seen to date.

The show was called Fridays.

I have to say I did not like Andy Kaufman in real life, so this movie did not appeal to me.

Danny Devito as Louie Depalma is what made that show for me. I thought Andy Kaufman's character really got old after awhile just like his Comedy.
