Man is pulled over for not coming to a complete stop at at stop sign. Cop sees man scratching his butt, thinks man has shoved drugs up his anus.
Man is detained while cops get search warrant for guys ass.
Suspect is taken to hospital where doctor refuses to preform anal cavity search.
Suspect is then taken to another county, where the search warrant is not valid, doctors perform cavity search with fingers, enema was given twice, and finally the man is sedated and a colonoscopy is preformed on the man.
No drugs were ever found.
Sometime during all of test the time allowed on the warrant expired.
Suspect is suing everyone involved.
Oh, and get this, the hospital is billing the guy for all of the test
