A Louisville man was arrested on Monday after he was accused of using a simulated penis and urine reservoir while giving a urine sample in front of a probation officer.

According to the arrest citation, the probation officer caught Martinez Ward with a Velcro strap holding the simulated penis, according to the report.

Ward, 27, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and will be arraigned in Jefferson District Court on Thursday, said Debbie Linnig Michals, a spokeswoman for the Jefferson Circuit Court clerk's office.

Ware was released from jail on his own recognizance.

i would imagine so.

there was this murder case where this doctor killed a patient and when he went in for a blood test to see if his blood matched that found at the crime scene....his blood was not a match, investigators could not figure it out as everything pointed to him. He had surgically inserted in his arm a small pouch with someone elses blood...he almost got away with it......but yeah i can imagine using a similar concept it is possible.

Yep, stuff like that came out in the Ben Johnson inquiry. This why they never give far in advance notice to about urine tests to athletes.

The reason they have a money back guarantee is because if it doesn't work they can't send what's left back for a refund since it's going to be confiscated as evidence.

None of that stuff works. The best you can do is drink a lot of water and hope it's dilute enough that it doesn't get picked up, or do something like eat a poppyseed muffin in front of the guy and get the test postponed until you won't falsely test positive for heroin.
