package supposed to come today, paid to get it here today - the vendor only uses UPS, i woudl have used fedex if i coudl have

so its been within 30 min of me for almost 24 fing hours, hell i could have walked it hear by then
and i hate people because it seems that when FedEx and ups actually do try and deliver a package to me, random people like to steal the delivery attempt notices of my front door, i mean WTF WHO DOES THAT
and because of UPS and them not deleivering my package, i now have all the parts for my new comp sitting here except the power supply :|:|:|:|
