Man... I got Shafted again

This is twice in one year with two consecutive girls that I've liked that I've gotten beaten to the question.
I've gotten to know this girl for about a month... (I've known OF her longer and have even had conversations with her) But I figured I'd start hanging out with her... just to get in good... so at least I'm thought about (or at least at a point where I thought I was thought about), anyways... this week I have been weighing the scale...

As you can tell... "ask out and lose freedom" was my choice at the time... I just had not gotten around to it because she was sick and I hadn't seen her... So I called one of her to see what was up and we got talking and I asked her about a dance that was coming up and I asked her if she (the girl I like was going)... she said yea... she said she was going with her boyfriend So and so.... I contained my anger and convieniently came up with an excuse to abruptly hang up the phone and went into a rage... I was led on big time... The other news is the fact that since we've been talking/hanging out more... I haven't seen her with this guy and she hasn't mentioned him at all... But I suppose that's only because they've been going out for like a week.... TWICE IN A ROW!!! MAN!!!! am I sl... Sll.... Slow????
