Man, I drank alot of beer last night

Me and a buddy of mine shared 4 pitchers between us, 2 of killians and 2 of amberbock. I also got a free shot of jack at the bar. I was really full, I am used to drinking hard liquor and not a ton of beer. Needless to say I was late for work this morning

Well, at the bar I like to hang out at they have $1.00 well on tuesdays and $5.00 pitchers on thursdays. Thats where me and my friends hang out those nights

I was thinking the same thing

I know its not alot, but we started drinking late (around midnight), and to me that is alot of beer to be sloshing around in me. By the time 2 am rolled around I was really full.

i know this much - 2 pitchers affects me a heck of a lot more than when i was in my drinking heyday!!

i just can't go with the big dogs anymore - now i'm more of a sipper / enjoyer. i only get completely tanked a few times a year now, as opposed to a couple times a week.

I hear ya meltdown...I think back to my college days and it makes me feel like a puss when it comes to booze. I so can't hang anymore. In addition to the lesser tolerance for alcohol, I've noticed my recovery time for all-night booze-ups has become longer than it was back then, maybe a lil more rough too.


Beer will always give you worse hangovers than the hard stuff.
