I read something like that a long time ago, some propaganda against meeting people online. The story goes like this guy was chatting up this girl and they hit it off. Soon they are exchanging hot email. Then they take it up a notch and do the phone [bleep] thing. Then it got to the point where they decide to meet. And when they met, it turns out they were father-daughter. It was fiction, but quite possible.

That has to be pretty far fetch. Ie, the daughter and father wouldn't be living in the same house or talk to each other much. Can't really call your own phone number you know. And I think you recognize your daughter's phone number. Not to forget the fact that they wouldn't recognize each other's voices especially if they do communicate to each other via face-to-face or phone.
