Cameron County sheriff deputies have arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a three year-old girl. And when you think the story can't get any worse, it does.

The suspect John Kislek, who's out of jail on bond, denies touching the little girl. But, Sheriff Omar Lucio says she was tested and there's medical evidence she was sexually assaulted.

Action Four News Reporter April Norris asked Kislek, "there's investigations that there was actual penetration of this little girl what do you have to say about that?"

Kislek responds, "Nothing at all, now if it was, it was by someone else, the dog and I was playing."

Last week a man reported to Cameron County sheriff deputies, he saw Kislek sexually assault a three year-old little girl.

"And when he looked through the front window, peeped in through the front window, he saw this man had a three year-old little girl on his lap and that he saw him fondling the little girl, fondling the private parts of the little girl."

The witness also says Kislek sexually aroused his dog, then forced the dog on the toddler.

Kislek says he was helping the child's parents, allowing them to stay with him at his home in Laguna Heights.

He claims the witness making these allegations is doing it out of spite for him.

"I've been in Port Isabel for 22 years and everybody I do business with knows I would not do anything like that and it's just out of revenge ... period."

Kislek has been arrested only one time before all this and that was for driving while intoxicated.

"Please be aware of who you're leaving your child with at all times," sheriff Lucio warned parents.

Kislek has been charged with indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child. He's still waiting to receive his court date.

Accomplishing what? "Justice?" It won't make the girl feel any better.

Yeah, if you read the article (many don't) it seems like he might be innocent.

yeah...it seems awful convenient that a passerby could just happen to see all that through the window.
