Where the hell did that thing really come from? That could of been a double whammy for him, he could of caught on fire at the gas pump. :p

Unlikely unless he's extremely hard of hearing, he would have at least turned around to see an accident if it was loud enough to knock a tire off.

in the original atot post, someone posted a link to the follow up and it showed that a truck tire blew out or something from one of big rigs driving by.

Tire blowout != tire comming off vehicle. :confused:

I'd estimate the weight of that assembly at 275 pounds.

He's a fairly big guy too! But I think you're right, it was definately more than just the tires coming at him.
