that's awesome. too bad the kid didn't do it at age 17 though. the fact that he's 19 probably will result in harsher punishment.

edt: but the kid didn't steal the thief's identify, he only claimed it back. :D he did steal 8k though... :(

wth. he comes to america illegally and the 2nd thing he does after stealing someone's identity is to start racking up debt? I'll never understand those types of people...

I actually feel kind of bad for the kid, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he had been trying for years to get the identity issue corrected and all the while Luna (the original border crossing thief) was jacking up his credit. I hope the kid gets off light.
