Accidental vasectomy... Accidental vasectomy.... And yet another 'accidental' vasectomy. Why don't we ever hear stories about guys leaving the doctor's office a couple inches bigger? Huh?!?! Why can't it be good news, for once!

Between April and September last year there were 148 such incidents recorded by NHS England.

It should be pointed out that this refers to any and all serious medical errors, and not just to errors such as "wrong site surgery".

That's all.
Look at the lawsuits in the US, things like that happen more than you think. Its only the major ones like the OPs story or the guy in the US that got his penis cut off without permission that make the news.

Did the shaving and cutting into his sack not raise a few red flags? Sounds like the world is better off now

  • MD did not know what they was doing (unlikely)
  • Procedure was extra benefit - MD was paid off to do it.
  • Procedure was coded wrong on the chart - MD has never seen patient
Latter is most likely - Production line surgery by the numbers. 🙁
