Man falsely charged with child pron fights back

MAN...charges like that really ruin your life, even if they're false or withdrawn. I hope that guy gets every cent he asks for. See the problem is, when something like this happens...it not only hurts the person falsely accused, but the children the authorities try to protect. While they're trying this guy, the REAL perpetrator is still out on the streets, and no one's even looking for him, because they think they have their guy 🙁

🙁 that sucks. Man, I would be pissed to be accussed of something like that and then harrassed as well. Plus his practice is probably ruined now, too.

If I were him, when he recieve his firearms back, I would load every one of them and trigger it to the doors, windows and so on forth and shelter myself inside once again in case the police comes after him again...

That's a very, very bad idea if the police DO come again. You can get life imprisonment for killing a cop.

Never said naything about killing a cop dude... I just said trigger em to the doors, windows and the likes... Plus he's an Candian so what do you expect?

setting boobie traps is illegal as far as i know, although if you don't go around breaking into house you shouldn't have to worry about them

.. officers involved in the firearms case informed an officer working on the child porn investigation that the case had collapsed. A Toronto officer who had been part of the 2002 search informed the York officer on the child porn probe that he had seen adult pornography in Neville's house. .. officers from the two forces then "conspired" to use the child porn investigation for the "improper purpose of harming" him ? essentially, using it as a means to justify revoking his firearms licence and delaying or preventing the return of the guns and ammunition seized from his house in 2002

Wow. Don't you just love how some cops can't admit they were wrong and just leave well enough alone? I hope this guy gets all $6M he's asking from this case and all the officers involved in harrasing a law abiding citizen get reprimanded.

Sorry, this isn't something that officers should just get reprimanded for. This is something that at the least they should be fired for and should possibly serve jail time for. When someone in a position of power violates constitutional rights, they should be punished accordingly.

Damn, those depts have a fricken hard on for this guy. he has done nothing wrong and they keep after him and keep violating his rights. i hope he does win.

Wow, that is just unbelievable! I hope like hell that guy wins his case. And I am glad he brought it out in the open and let people know what was going on.

Wow, the Toronto police force beat our NSA to the punch. Way to go guys.

Anyway, I hope he wins his case and whomever was the main guy/guys that decided to go after him at the very least get fired.
