You've got to be pretty hardcore to put a phone fished out of a toilet (a public one from a train no less) right next to your face afterwards even if you did manage to somehow clean it and still have it work afterwards.

lol, that'll be great for his friends to tease him about for a while...assuming he has friends. I really don't know if I'd stick my arm down a public toilet, especially if I couldn't easily see/grab it...it's dead anyway. (or at least my phone would be)

If I were in that situation, I'd probably just kiss the phone goodbye (proverbially speaking). I don't think I'd want it back after it was floating a chemical holding tank.
