And why would he be? He was confused when he figured it best to tie the little guy to some train tracks. I'm sure we've all been there at one point or another.

Part of me wants the guy tied to the tracks and part of me recalls my own dog taking off after another dog and running out onto the tracks, seeing a train coming, and hightailing it away... straight down the tracks. The engineer was able to brake sufficiently to give my stupid dog time to think of a better strategy. It was like a scene out of a bad Disney movie with the dog running, the train barreling down, and me running along side on the embankment yelling usefully. Seeing that I was the moron who let my dog run off the leash, it was 100% my fault. Still, maybe the family shouldn't let this guy have a dog anymore.

He has no business owning a dog just as a mentally ill person has no business owning a gun. Self-reporting these illnesses doesn't work, you hit the age of being able to take out social security, you get a yearly mental acuity test.

Pretty disturbing, you can learn alot from a person by how he treats animals, it usually reflects how they would [or do] treat people if given some power over them.
