I have an epic story related to this. My dad and I were golfing many years ago and we heard "fore". There was a nice straight drive coming right for us. For some reason my dad froze up, closed his eyes, and held his golf club right in front of his face. The golf ball was going straight for his head, but the ball hit the golf club shaft and bounced safely off to the side. It was pretty good luck.

I'm pretty upset, I think I only went golfing twice this year. But one was a tournament and I won a new golf bag 🙂

How obvious could this possibly be? Golf ball is small. Golf ball is heavy. Golf ball travels really frickin fast. Golf ball hits someone on the side of the head. Said someone dies.

Maybe he got a hemorrhage or something...or his brain swelled. Consistent with the headaches, anyway.
