MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. - A man charged with calling in a bomb threat to a hospital shortly after the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon promised a nurse that she hadn't ``seen nothing yet,'' authorities said.Samuel S. Shorter Jr., 55, of Middletown, was arrested within an hour of the threat on Tuesday and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony, police said.
