When I was about 20, I was over at a friend's house, and we heard a commotion across the street and then a shot. His neighbor had killed a 14 year-old kid who was stealing change out of the ashtray of his POS struggle-buggy Chevy Luv. The kid had been running away, completely unarmed, the guy had taken careful aim and got him with the shotgun at about 100 feet in the back of the head. I watched that kid die, blind from having his occipital lobe blown off and crying to his mommy. And this wasn't some 'criminal,' he was a good kid, athlete and honor student, who made a stupid choice that night and got vigilante justice. And this wasn't a bad neighborhood, but vanilla suburban middle class. The neighbor got 8 months for manslaughter, a travesty of justice IMO. When he got out, we rode him out of town on a fucking rail.

Ahem, contradictory much?

Don't steal, you won't die. It ain't rocket science.

If anything I'd say you all should be charged for riding him out of town. He served his time, justice served. Don't like it, move or change the law.

Ah yes... the punishment fit this crime, didn't it?

Next up, jaywalker target practice.

Actually it did. He acted wrongly, he was tried, convicted, and served his time.

Oh well. We all have our little quirks I guess. Because I absolutely 100% believe robbery/burglary should be an immediate death sentence if come upon in the act.

Safer for the homeowner than trying to confront them with escalating force and losing. Cheaper than having to incarcerate a piece of shit criminal again and again and again for the same stuff. *shrug* don't wanna die, don't steal shit. Again, not rocket science.

Since that isn't the law where I live, I'll do it by the book...but if the son of a whore twitches in an aggressive manner I'm dropping him with 10 rounds of .40.

Yeah, cause crossing the street is exactly the same as breaking into someone's house, where innocent people may be in danger, and taking the things that they have devoted their lives to working for and crushing their hope, faith, and security. Nice comparison, ass.

Just quoting for those who are unaware what the mind of a fascist looks like. Note the phony anarchist attitude, backed in fact by a real authoritarian mindset that cares nothing for justice or rule the law, but just for its own paranoid preservation, to the point of believing that any who stand against him are sub/non-humans undeserving of justice and law. This is the failure of open democracy that Craig234 refuses to admit exists.

hehe, not a problem man...everyone here can read and sees the ABSOLUTE lunacy of your comparisons. They can disagree with me and still know you're an idiot for even attempting to draw that parallel.

I doubt anyone is doing that here, pal, because the beginning of this lunacy/idiocy was when you claimed burglary should be a capital crime. And not just any capital crime, but one which should be exempt from pesky things like trials, due process, or anything resembling the law.

I just expanded upon that for humor's sake.

Like I said, they can oppose us both at the same time.
