Who? The cop or Kevin?

How am I supposed to know without any details? I let the professionals handle presenting the evidence and I'll let a jury of regular people decide if a crime was committed "beyond a reasonable doubt".

That's all that matters anyway, enough reason to feel that without a doubt, this or that happened. There will ALWAYS be what if's or maybe not's. We are all pretty sure OJ was a murderer, but those are what if's. Nobody will ever now 100% why something happened.

Also, if you get your news from free thought project, you are not getting news. You are getting editorials on current events. You posted an editorial on the pending Kevin Davis case and subsequent internal affairs investigation.

If you want to discuss the facts, I can't, because I don't know what happened yet.

Oh yeah I am sure there will be impartial investigation and presentation of the facts..........:sneaky:

No offense to Kevin Davis, but I don't give a shred of shit to anyone who says "He's a great guy" "He's the most nicest person in the world" "He makes joyous babies out of miracle cloth". When it comes to any news story, this is the same tired babbling we hear every time. Everyone says that. Hell, people said that shit about the Columbine shooters.

Let the evidence sort it out, and then make judgment. Any judgment based on pretense is showing a lack of faith in freedom and liberty.

Im pretty sure most people have a lack of faith in our justice system at this point. Ill treat them like they treat me:
Guilty until proven innocent.

vague, guessing, lack of facts, and coming to a swift and wide sweeping conclusion.

we judge ourselves only as we judge others. Respect, peace, and justice all starts at the individual.

When thr individual accepts the tough role of treating others as they wish to be treated...only then are we going to have any progress.

3 legged dog sounds dangerous and vicous; it has to be dealt with according to police standard procedures. Dog was asking for it when it moved.

Did they ever find Terrance, the guy that supposedly attacked April? From what is reported, the cop seemed trigger happy. No body cam I'm sure.

Moral of the story is never lead a deadbeat stay at your small apartment.

On the 29th, an argument escalated between Edwards (his girlfriend) and their house guest. Hilyard then stabbed Edwards with a kitchen knife before fleeing the residence. Davis called 9-11, and the couple waited in their bedroom for help to arrive.

Could easily been avoided if the police officer had announced himself. He should not be a police officer any longer.

I don't know. Seems to me the moral is not to call the cops if you need help. The crazy deadbeat only wounded the girlfriend. The cop came in and actually killed a guy and his dog. Sounds like the "criminal" is far less dangerous than the cop.

Or don't do either and enjoy the weekend in peace, banging your girlfriend.

Don't sneeze while pointing a gun at them and I think you will be fine.

9-1-1 Call Volume:

An estimated 240 million calls are made to 9-1-1 in the U.S. each year. According to the FCC, one-third are wireless calls; in many communities, it’s one-half or more of all 9-1-1 calls.

So what % of these fucks did their job to help you and your neighbors last year, and did so, without fucking them? Perhaps you should go, fuck yourself.

All these cops doing killings are late 20's. Something tells me, ex-military guys whom are used to doing house clearings in Iraq.

Same tactics & all D:

Thats what I have been thinking, saying. Need to sop automatically hire vets without some close scrutinization.

Are you claiming all 911 calls result in a police dispatch?

None for fire?

Or ambulances?

And I don't give a shit how many people they don't kill. When somebody has the authority to kill without any consequences, I want those fucks on tight leashes.

He never claimed that. He's showing that one incident of a gungho cop with a quick trigger out of [some large number] doesn't mean you should be afraid to call "those fucks" when you need help. This guy should be dealt with, but there is no need to draw vast generalizations from this one incident without statistics, which haven't been provided.

Out of the 240 million calls, do you really need me to break up the %'es? That's an insane amount of calls. Those are just 911 calls, it doesn't include anything where they do something pro-active. So it's a huuuuuuuuge astronomical fucking thing that emergency responders do for our country.

I'm just trying to point out, that when people are outraged over multiple incidents, stop lumping the entire police force into a bucket of "a few bad apples"

I've met some cops that are dicks, but I've met way more that are awesome and are a great service to everyone. I'm not about to let people go head-hunting every single person in a uniform and call them fucks for no reason other then some internet rage over a case that hasn't even been adjudicated yet.
