man assaults woman, daughter, with barbie doll

Debbie Cryer explained, "He waves the Barbie doll. He'll take the doll (in his hands) and hold it with its legs spread open. He takes the Barbie doll and he shakes it? It's the only part of him that moves. He stands directly straight and he'll just move the Barbie doll. And then he strokes the hair sometimes."

Creepy....

So theoretically, you could shoot the fvcktard through your front door, and claim self-defense...you thought Barbie was a knife.

Pasadena police say.......
......But they do warn residents not to open the door if they don't know who's on the other side.

Duh, although after the first time I'd wanna go Scarface on this guy, "Lemme introduce you to my little friend."

dont you think after two.. maybe three times in a week they'd have a cop watching the house undercover or something?

ElFenix, your thread title is wrong. He has never assaulted anyone with the barbie (according to the article).

That doesn't make it assault.

Assault is when someone poses an immediate threat.
Battery is when the person actually does it.

(I was waiting for a friend and decided to kill time by sitting in a law class)
