Heres a funny update about how many "explosives" he had with him.

DETROIT — Police in Michigan say a California man accused of planning to attack the Islamic Center of America was driving near the mosque wearing a ski mask when police stopped and arrested him.

Dearborn Police said in a statement Monday that 63-year-old Roger Stockham had open intoxicants, spray paint and fireworks in his car. Police did not specify which intoxicants.

Police Chief Ronald Haddad (huh-DAD') told The Associated Press that Stockham had more than two dozen class-C fireworks, including M-80s, which are illegal in Michigan.

Oh noes he had slightly more than 24 fireworks with him, the biggest being M-80s [which can take a finger off and not much more]. The smallest were most likely sparklers that little 4 year olds play with on the 4th. Definate risk of that Mosque going up in smoke there.

A "large" quanity is a very vague term, luckily more info leaked out and apparently that large quanity really is slightly more than 24 individual class-c firecrackers.

About the man arrested though, Is he sick ? Yes.
Is this story being taken out of proportion because Muslims are trying to play the victim ? Yes.

Where are all the Muslims making comments in the news when one of their people blow up a plane/go on a shooting spree in Ft.Hood etc. Unless its a Politician of Muslim background with something to gain out of speaking up its pure silence.

since M-80's and Cherrybombs have been illegal nationwide since 1966 (by and act of congress) these are homemade explosive devices and the terrorism charges will probably stick. if for some reason they dont the ATF will throw all they can at him.
