Holy cow those are expensive.. how much are plates or tabs where you live. I paid 130 dollars on my Saturn L300 and 120 on my Grand Am GT... OUCH....
That is crazy.

It is a sticker that goes on the license plate so you can drive it another year. It is sticky as heck and impossible to move if you stick it on an angle.

I paid $54 a week ago, that was registration and a new drivers license. Could have gotten new plates, but I hate the new Ohio design, so I'm holding off till they come out with a better one :)

Both my motorcycle and car tags are $95/year. $95 for a motorcycle tag is crazy, but it must be paid.

You have a selection of plates and pay less. I have a BLUE PLATE with white letters... BORING!!!!
and I am paying a fortune. What is that money for anyway. The roads are so bad that it is like driving on a cheese grater so what is this money doing.. That is a fortune to drive for one year.

130 dollars is more than 10 dollars a month for the right to drive my car. :|

Think of what it pays for though. Without the fees and taxes, you would be driving on dirt. That has to be hard on your suspension. And driving is not a right by any streach of the imagination.

Ha, me too. I haven't the slightest idea...

And if you think Florida has a lot of customizable plates, check out NYS. You can pick any professional sports team including Bowling, Lacrosse and Nascar. Plus there's all those special plates like different areas of the state, degrees of military use and loads of others...

Edit: Man, didn't even notice it was a secure link, ha...
