Man Acquitted of Rape; Says He Was Asleep

But he said an ex-partner of the man had testified by telephone that similar things had happened to her.

regardless, this guy is downright dangerous to all females in Norway and needs to be locked up or monitored in some way because he has made it clear he is a repeat offender as his defense

I've heard of sleep-walking, but sleep-fvcking would seem to be stretching things a bit.

This is actually a real phenomenon.

linky

I've read about it for a psych class as well, I think.

Note that this link predates this case by 2 years.

I do not know if it is true, but it's funny......
I have doughts about the court system in Norway, he actually stated for the record that it had happened before and even called a witness, who in fact stated it was true....

Acquitted, WOW...............

Well then you'd have to figure out what the trigger is, wouldn't you? If it's hormonal/pheremonal, which makes intuitive sense, then no, there would in fact be no sleep-sex.

This guy *might* be a phony, but sleep-sex is real.
