I say they allow the defense - the "yes means yes" rules will add rape to his list of charges since she certainly couldn't voice enthusiastic consent!

He wants a judge’s permission to show the jury his penis to prove it.

I say OK, with the proviso that he doesn't get to keep possession of this obviously lethal weapon in the court room.
It can be removed before the hearing, shown to the jury and he can have it back in a box later.

He was acquitted because the body was partially decomposed and the ME couldn't definitively determine a cause of death. Evidently, the defendant waited perhaps as long as 24 hours to tell the police about her death, calling his lawyer first. If a defendant acts to cause spoliation of evidence, a jury is entitled to infer that the evidence would incriminate him if it hadn't been spoiled. It's probably what the jury should have done here.
