Malware on my sister's PC, displays email and password

Hi I was over at my sister's place because she was having problems with her PC. So I get there and there's this malware message that says it's trying to send info to ip 213.x.x.x

The weird part is that it's displaying all her emails and her passwords etc which she confirms was correct. Is it somehow pulling that data from Firefox or IE?

It could be
that's why I never use any of the built-in browser password management
and instead rely on LastPass to fill in the info
