Malware.. How do I get rid of it???

Hello,

I recently encountered this Malware.

http://www.mogo-mania.com/dl/2000/1000/BHOmod.dll\[UPX]

I am unable to find anything on the internet about it. How the hell do I get rid of it. I have tried Spybot Search and Destroy as well as Ad-Aware and HI Jack THis neither can find it.
