making windows 2000 transparent dialogue

whats a good program to make windows/dialogues in windows 2000 semi transparent?
ie change opacity?

There's a program floating around called Transperizer. It's really good, but makes your system run like a real dog unless you have a top end machine.

You can change the alpha value for everything in Win2K with this utility.

Unfortunately, development has stopped and the homepage is gone.
