(Win11 23H2)
I don't like the Game Bar on Win11 popping up from time to time when gaming so I looked in to getting rid of it. There's plenty of out-of-date advice available for this, be aware. One Internet suggestion was to run a PowerShell command to uninstall it. I recommend against this because what happens when you do that is every time you run a game, Windows throws up a message asking which app it should use to open a file type (ms-overlay I think it was). I ended up reinstalling the Game bar through the MS Store.
