Making Netscape default browser?

Hi all,
When I open a browser that not my default, a popup window will usually come up and say if you want to make it your default browser. It did not do it this time.

IE5.5 is the default but I want to make Netscape.

What is the easiest way to do that?

(No netscape vs IE flame war please.) 🙂
