making music

hey guys,

ive been looking on the internet to find a simple software to make music, and all i find are complex music softwares like FL studio.

I AM A COMPLETE NOOB, and i have never used (a music software) or done any musics in my life.

What i`d like is an easy interface where i can easily guess where to click to make a drumbeat, do a guitar solo, and for example mix the 2 tracks.

Not something i have to guess and read tutorials for hours before i find where the hihat is...

anyone?

I don't really know, but in general you get what you pay for in time. IOW, if it's easy, it's crap. GNU/Linux has a lot of good packages for music production. I'd install UbuntuStudio, and then add some stuff a la carte.

not sure if software like Dance ejay and something like that are still updated these days but that was a nice simple alternative!
