Making money for FLASH designs?

I have a friend who's super-talented in making flash stuff, as he's just wowwed our class several times with some very lengthy, advanced, and creative pages, and he seems to just get better with each one he makes.

So would anyone know of a place to put his talents to good use?

can he design sites? normally its best to be well rounded than to just be good in one part. got any links to his work? i would love to see what this guy can do.

Usually that talent won't do much by itself, but if you're a skilled flash programmer and you can make web pages, manipulate databases, etc, then it's just another addition. And another addition = more dough. 😉

have him check out some of the freelancer sites, such as ants.com or elance.com
if he's really good at flash, there's definitely some freelance money to be made, if not a full job somewhere. 🙂

I see Flash designer job postings once in a while in my college job site.

However in most cases, they consider it an "asset." Hell.. those employers expect web developers to know C++, Java, Pascal, etc. 🙂
