Lolita definitely made a huge impression on me. Here I am 55 years later talking about it. Myself, I don't get it up for pre-pubescent girls. But little girls can charm you out of your socks, for sure.

I wasn't a big reader then but did read some. One of my very best friends told me then, "you get more out of a book than anyone I know."

I don't believe in reading for entertainment. Didn't in high school, don't now. I think you should get something out of a book. Same with any art. I don't watch TV unless I think I'm getting something out of it. I don't believe in pass times or hobbies, never have. I believe in passion(s), I've had many. In fact the laptop I'm typing on right now is named PASSION!!! 😀

Little girls are sweet and charming til estrogen poisoning kicks in. Little boys are assholes, and when they become teenagers+... Well, they're still assholes, but at least I can relate to them :^D

Reading the very extensive Wikipedia page on Weird Al, good, informative, and I have the absolute idea that Al wrote it himself. No one else would know all that stuff. Definitely paints a super positive portrait of him. I'm a definite fan!

Agreed.

Michael Jackson was a victim of his own success, obviously. His sanity was in doubt when he had IIRC skin lightening treatments and a nose job. Am I wrong there? He was intense but he was a madman, and his sex life? Well, seems pretty seedy, from what I've heard.
