Rant Making fun of R Kelly and Michael Jackson.

I don't follow R Kelly a all, and "I believe I can fly" is as far as I know is the only song I've heard of his I can think of, and don't get me started on Michael Jackson. Speaking of the last, I also wasn't a big fan of his music, even back in the 80's, and I really find the song "Beat It" to annoying to say the least.

Not to make light of their victims, but seriously guys who keep getting into trouble with this sort of thing should be damn ashamed of themselves and are well deserved to be publicly ridiculed.

Perhaps I need to have my meds adjusted again or maybe I'm just having racing thoughts, it could be I'm having too much fun learn to dance EDM/Rave style dancing, but it is occurring to me to make a parody music video of both of them with me shuffle dancing.

Tasteless? Don't really care at all. However I don't have the equipment to do this, barely can dance, can't sing or rap let alone be a proper DJ. Come to think of it while I'm at it make one on Donald Trump as well.

This will take some planning on my part and I don't know if I'm capable of pulling this sort of thing off, but always wanted to do Weird Al Yankovic style parodies.

Good luck. It will probably suck but that's because good parody is hard, not because it's necessarily a bad concept.

Yeah by the time I can learn how to do and be good and ready, the proper window would have pass to make fun of them.

And of course a dead man can't defend himself.

Weird Al is inspirational. Don't know what he's like as a person, but his records amaze. Not a lot of artists do parodies, but we need them... really do.

Do it!!! You don't have to be as good as Weird Al. After all, it's a parody, you're not expected to be good. Good or not, it's apt to work.

OK, maybe not so much R Kelly, but perhaps older men who like underage teen girls in general. They are fair game to poke fun at, right?

Reading the very extensive Wikipedia page on Weird Al, good, informative, and I have the absolute idea that Al wrote it himself. No one else would know all that stuff. Definitely paints a super positive portrait of him. I'm a definite fan!

Every time I hear about something like this I think of Vladimir Nabakov's Lolita. I read it in high school, IIRC. It's the total portrait of an older man who was attracted to (and obsessed with) pre-pubescent girls. Super book by a monster author, and it's mind blowing that he's ESL, as was Josef Conrad. Both were masters of the English language and magnificent novelists.

I haven't read the book but I've seen the last movie they made on it. How old was the girl in book? I was under the impression the she was hitting puberty.

the worst part is why not pay for this crap? not saying i condone it...but if you have millions and millions of dollars .why go thru all this crap..i don't get it.

For an artist I think your name not being mentioned anywhere would be terrible.
